The woman slipped and plunged down a grassy slope below the peak of Mt. Mangart. Police and mountain rescue recovered her body with a helicopter.

The Italian man's body was found above the cottage Dom Valentina Staniča. He appears to have plunged several dozen metres deep down a steep slope. His body was found but has not yet been recovered, Kranj police said.
