The Moon will near its minimum distance to the Earth tonight so it will appear larger and brighter. But as it passes through the Earth's shadow early on Monday, the dim light will colour it blood red.

The phenomenon, in which the Moon will seem up to 30% brighter and up to 14% larger, will also be visible from Slovenia. The total solar eclipse will be visible from 4:11 AM on.
