Silent Revolutions features innovative products ranging from skis to lamps, shoes, chairs and exhaust systems.

The display, which will feature only a selection of its original 40 items, will open Wednesday evening, two days after the start of WIPO's general assembly, which is due to run until 14 October, the Slovenian Intellectual Property Office said in a press release.

The exhibition features items such as the filigree-like record players by Franc Kuzma, Black Cherry Lamps by Nika Zupanc, Eclipse jewellery and bags by the popular designer Lara Bohinc and the Greenline 33 Hybrid, the world's first larg hybrid vessel by Seaway.

It also includes award-winning products such as revolutionary WaveFlex skis by Elan, Racing Elite cross-country skiing boots by Alpina and the Simplicity line of household appliances by Gorenje.

Silent Revolutions has already logged many miles, having been displayed all across Europe in recent years.

The exhibition was displayed at London Design Festival, Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven, La Triennale Design Museum in Milan, Belgrade Design Week, Helsinki Design Week and Moscow Design Week.

Its display on the margins of the WIPO conference has been organised by the Intellectual Property Office, the Slovenia's Permanent Mission to the UN Office in Geneva and the Slovenian Museum of Architecture and Design.

It will remain on display at the WIPO lobby until 22 October.
