The 59-year-old Stenmark used to make history with Elan skis and kept Slovenians on edge when competing against Slovenia's champion Bojan Križaj.

To remember the good old times, the pair will meet at the Grand Hotel Union for a special event dubbed Breakfast with Ingemar Stenmark and Bojan Križaj.

When the pair were at the peak of their careers, Elan was an innovative trend-setter whose skis were used by the best alpine skiers in the world.

Stenmark won 86 races in his 16 competing seasons between 1974 and 1989 and secured a total of 155 podium finishes.

He has won 19 world cup overall titles and three combined titles. He also holds three gold medals and a silver from world champions and two Olympic golds and a silver.
