The deal was completed with the transfer of share ownership to Telekom, a month after it secured regulatory approval for the acquisition.

"Telekom Slovenije will enhance synergies between the companies and continue to provide customers with top quality communications services," the company said.

Telekom bought 100% of the shares from ACH conglomerate, caravan maker Adria Mobil and electronics trader Svema Trade in February.

Debitel is a virtual mobile operator that has used Telekom's network. It has about 90,000 mobile users.

Telekom said the Debitel company and brand would be preserved, but the packages would be expanded from mobile only to convergence services already available in Telekom's portfolio.
