Senior Podravka officials Miroslav Klepač, Petar Vlaić and Ivan Galović were named new supervisors at the extraordinary shareholders' meeting.

Rajko Stanković received a fresh term as the only representative of shareholders on the supervisory board to stay on.

Podravka acquired a 51.54% stake in Žito, mostly from state-owned shareholders, in April at EUR 180.10 per share or a total of EUR 33m.

A takeover bid for the remaining outstanding shares was published last month.
