The annual Olive Oil and Wine Festival in Šempas, a village near the western city of Nova Gorica, will feature tastings, presentations, workshops, lectures and an entertainment programme with concerts.

Apart from the finest olive oils and wines, visitors will also be able to enjoy culinary delights. They will also have an opportunity to cook with Michelin-starred chef Mitja Humar.

Best olive oils will be honoured with awards.
