Museums of and galleries across the country will be open to visitors admission free well into the night for the annual Summer Museum Night.

The participating institutions have prepared a programme packed with events such as workshops, guided tours, exhibitions and concerts.

A total of 79 museums, galleries and other institutions are taking part this year with events at more than 161 venues.
