The Koroška Triennial at the Koroška Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art provides an overview of artistic output in this region. This year the exhibition is dedicated to drawing, the most fundamental of artistic practices.

The artworks on display cover a century of drawing in the region, featuring artists who reached their creative apex before the Second World War as well as the current generation of young creators.

While many of the names are little known outside the region, some are among the most renowned artists in the nation, including Bogdan Borčić, Jože Tisnikar, Gustav Gnamuš and Lucija Stramec.
