Solo singers of the Ljubljana National Opera Theatre will perform a series of concerts to the piano accompaniment at the National Gallery across the street once a month until May.

Bass singer Saša Čano will give the first concert at 7pm on 13 January with a programme featuring Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff and Mussorgsky.

Tenor Branko Robinšak will perform a recital in tribute to mezzo-soprano Eva Novšak Houška (1942-2023) on 3 February.

The series will also feature mezzo-soprano Nuška Drašček on 10 March, baritone Slavko Savinšek on 14 April and sopranos Norina and Rebeka Radovan on 12 May.
