 Radenci

The Three Hearts Marathon in east Slovenia is one of the oldest running events in the country, having been around for more than four decades.

Unlike many modern-day marathons, it winds its way not only through urban areas but also country roads around the spa town of Radenci.

Runners can pick between runs of 42, 21, 10 and 5 kilometres, and there is also a 10-kilometre Nordic walk.
