Glimpse into studios of Spanish artists

The Artist's Studio, an exhibition at the National Gallery in Ljubljana, features 90 ninety digital reproductions of original photographs that open the door to the working spaces of famous Spanish painters and sculptors from the end of the 19th to the mid-20th centuries.
The photos have been selected from the photographic archives of the Spanish Cultural Heritage Institute, and are accompanied by a selection of photographs showing Slovenian artists that were active on on the territory eas of modern-day Slovenia in the same period.
The Spanish artists and their works were captured by renowned Spanish photographers, including Mariano and Vicente Moreno, Ruiz Vernacci, Count of Polentinos Aurelio de Colmenares y Orgaz, Cabre, Wunderlich and Pando.
