The 9th SOBRA, a biennial international fair of defence, security, protection and rescue, in Gornja Radgona, NE will feature 120 exhibitors from 11 countries.

It will display the latest weaponry, transportation, electronic and optical equipment, information technology, communication and laboratory tools, training aids, and supplies for provisioning and nourishment.

Also on show will be personal protective gear, clothing, footwear, medical and sanitary materials, flood, fire, and earthquake rescue aids, anti-burglary protection, alarm systems, and firefighting and rescue vehicles and equipment.

The Slovenian Armed Forces will showcase their skills, equipment, and international mission experiences and the police will demonstrate their technology, procedures, police dogs and mounted units.

The event will also feature civil protection and disaster relief showcases, focusing on climate-induced disasters and new equipment.

The Firefighters Association of Slovenia will hold a rescue exercise and competitions, and unveil an innovative ecological firefighting agent effective for challenging fires like those in solar power plants.
